Port Rupall is a vast and prosperous trade town, goods constantly being shipped in and out of the harbor. Too, are people transported to and from the various areas of the world. Should you arrive by sea or air, this is where any budding trainer in Tarun should start, as it's the location of the Tarun Pokémon Lab. The town has a general Pokémart amongst it's tight alleyways and busy streets, however it doesn't sell Pokéballs and there's no Pokémon Center in the area.
